Located in one of Toronto’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the Dunvegan project is a full-home renovation completed in collaboration with Wise Nadel Design. This transformation included the addition of a new bedroom with an ensuite, a custom-designed sauna, and a complete refresh of the home’s interior spaces. Lytton - Toronto
Situated on a prominent corner lot in one of Toronto's esteemed neighbourhoods, 300 Lytton Boulevard presented a unique opportunity to craft a serene family sanctuary. Designed by CLG Architects with interiors curated by the award-winning Jeffrey Douglas of Douglas Design Studio, this residence embodies a harmonious blend of form and function. Central to the home's design is a vertical atrium, illuminated by clerestory windows, allowing natural light to cascade throughout the interior spaces. The juxtaposition of solid limestone masonry and expansive glazed elements is unified by a horizontal overhang, gracefully defining the entrance and connecting the home's dual wings. Inside, the residence offers a dynamic interplay of spatial volumes, transitioning from intimate, cozy areas to grand, double-height spaces ideal for gatherings and entertainment.
